I saw that memo that Insler sent out stating that "The MEC doesn't necessarily support grievances"....Trouble is. Pilots or individuals who pay union dues that file grievances deserve our union's support, even if that support goes against the MEC Chair's opinion or point of view. Our ALPA pyramid has the members on top and the leadership on the bottom. Our pilot grievances should be fully supported with the entire ALPA tool box.

Unfortunately, UAL ALPA doesn’t care what the pilot group thinks. They haven’t polled us in years. Many of our union brothers and sisters are not being represented right now. ALPA has left them out to dry.
I’ve been an Insler cheerleader in the past. Not anymore. His leadership in the last year has been shameful.

The Survey has nothing to do with our contract or our Union. I think this board has a bunch of morons on it. It's like 4-5 questions about how you feel about the company. Leave it to a bunch of morons to make something out of nothing. Answer with all 1s..jesus. DB's

Egalitarian elitism. Interesting.

Not very civil, but he has a point. If answering company surveys, no need to give them any ammo or encourage them to hold their ground. It only undermines the union if the company can wave the results in the face of the NC and tell them they're not representing the pilot group's desires.
