Exactly ^^^^^. What we need isn’t necessarily better profit sharing but rather better profits in which to trigger our existing “sharing”.

No, but that’s a false choice IMO. That’s what the company likes to say. ALPA needs to fight for both. Parity in cost doesn’t benefit the collective bargaining process.

One of the reasons delta has higher profit is because of code sharing. They get revenue but don’t have the outlay for all those widebodies. The profit sharing formula is nearly identical.

this and delta’s non union employees (everyone but pilots and dispatchers) I think contribute quite a bit. I think quite a bit of our higher PS checks come on the backs of more outsourcing and employees with far fewer work rules.
