What seniority roughly can hold a WB FO line in EWR or DCA?

It looks like right around seniority number 6,000 but the EWR flying has been drastically reduced as of late.

Years on property is a skewed way to view seniority because hiring rates fluctuate so much over time. There are spots on the seniority list where a couple hundred numbers can represent a years long disparity in hire dates, whereas at the current bottom end of the seniority list it represents only a couple of weeks.

6,000 is a long time pre-merger, so the hire date would depend on which legacy carrier the person started at. Someone in that seniority band can certainly come up with the longevity numbers, but it probably paints a much more accurate picture to think of it as around 45% seniority.

Just as a data point, I was hired late this summer and the seniority report based on retirements shows me hitting 60xx in 12 years. Of course, past results don't guarantee future performance, yada yada.

What’s the g line currently for EWR 757 and DCA 757?

Both are roughly in the high 11xxx range.

This. 8700 seniority is about early 2013 hire while 8500 is more like a CAL 2008 hire. 2006 CAL hires are significantly more senior than UAL 2000 hires.

I’m about 8,600 and a 2007 United hire, so this makes sense.
