Junior guppy Captain in DEN is 12,000 (roughly) on the JRMAN matrix. Early 2019 or late 2018 hire probably. 4 years to be a Captain in Denver isn’t bad.

It can change though. A few years ago some guy came on here and ranted about how United hired him but didn’t quickly give him a class date so he took a job at SWA and told United “no thanks”. He just wanted to be Denver based and it was only 12 years to Captain there and someone told him our junior Captain was 20 years (which wasn’t true). Now its 4. Will probably be less or unfilled if we really take 350 more growth 737s.
