Hmmmm... A phrase comes to mind for those who are about to be jobless. What is it... "Learn to coal mine"!

I’d say the tiniest vocal minority is anyone who feels enough sympathy for the world’s richest man as he flounders through a bad business decision that they’re actually going to make any purchasing decisions based on a grievance list of companies who are pulling out of Twitter.

Right now you can get more attention by taking back your advertising dollars than you can by continuing to spend them on Twitter. Seems like a no-brainer to me.

You are the vocal minority. You. I don’t care.

Taking a moment to asses whether or not they want their brand associated with "hate speech, disinformation and antisemitic content" makes United woke?
Mostly peacefully woke

Question

What was their statement for why they stopped their ads?

“We at United Airlines have made the regrettable decision to temporarily suspend advertising on Twitter. We have made this decision not because it is a good PR move or because it gets us free press, but because we are terrified that the nebulous “woke mob” will irreparably harm us by deeming us “not woke enough” if we don’t.

Elon Musk is probably right about Paul Pelosi & clearly understands the complexities of managing free speech better than anyone; & there is presently a caravan of drag queens carrying mail-in ballots toward our southern border, but we’re terrified to admit it publicly. Yes, we are currently dominating the air transport business, but we know this fact only masks the reality that most Americans are furious at our feckless obeisance to the demands of the woke few. Still, we understand that said Americans must continue to patronize our company, or they, too will become targets of this powerful cabal of social justice warriors.

We know you’ll understand this decision because like most normal Americans, you’re frequently getting cancelled for doing and saying perfectly normal & acceptable things; which is totally a thing that is definitely happening all the time.”

To be fair I’ve had a Twitter account for over a decade. I was pretty much part of the millennial group that originally joined the platform when it was brand new. We used it like we use group texts now. The platform turned for the worst years ago, but I can’t recall a single “advertisement” from any business on Twitter, ever.

I’ve seen more advertisements on APC than Twitter. The platform went from goofy messages, to hyping up edgy thoughts, to tossing out shade towards others via “subtweet”, to turning liberal propaganda into groupthink with banning specific individuals and creating bots to only “like” certain ideals.
