JE is obviously lying and I love how he is now trying to blame management for the Toddlers four year disaster. Yea, let’s stick with these clowns, not.
How is it obvious that JE is lying? AW made some pretty serious accusations against JE a few months ago and now it comes out that she filed an HR complaint…is that how our union rolls? So disappointing to hear about this HR complaint as well as others that TI initiated.

He pretends he was exonerated. If that was the case she would be terminated and prosecuted. There is not enough evidence either way due to a lack of witnesses/evidence. It is a classic she said, he said scenario. And he did fly home. Ask anyone at the MEC meeting. And best of all he pretends the company is to blame for not upping the ante when he was selling TA1 as the right contract at the right time just a few weeks ago after four years of negotiations that he was supposed to be overseeing.

You don’t need to be a world class critical thinker to see he is lying his ass off the night before he is possibly removed from office. As someone else pointed out the Toddlers have been going to HR. Pure projection just like their sudden calls for unity. UFB.

You’re obviously not a world class critical thinker. Or even a person who can read. JE shows up in the minutes of the meeting for the day following the AW allegations.
Most reps flew home. You don’t have to ask people to know that. It’s all about WHEN. The wheels of justice grind slowly. It’s coming for AW.
What’s Todd still got to do with this? Other than you throwing his name in there cause u hate him. Move on dude.
If your excuse for AWs crew going to HR is: “TI also did it” and you wanted him out, you must want her gone too then. Otherwise, sounds like you earn the title of hypocrite.
This guy is a hypocrite and a hater.
and
Ragincajin is a liar.
y’all are too easy. You should just stop. It’s see through.

This thread is pushing me back on the “recall everyone” bandwagon.

Yep, he took off that day. Notice he is not present for the morning roll call the next day on Thursday, July 14, 2022. But nice try. Too funny.

You also must have missed this from the minutes.

Captain AL is appointed by Chairman Hamilton as Sergeant at Arms for this meeting

Why was a Sergeant at Arms required on Wednesday?

You prove my point. There was an “assault”, but he was present the second half of that day and the whole next day. He Didn’t go home until the day after.
hmmmmmm
That doesn’t sound congruent with there actually being any real assault.
You’re assuming he went home 2 days later because of something that happened? You know about assumptions right?
I can’t wait to hear what BS u twist next.

Yep, that was when the Rosemont police contacted the MEC office, and then they knew it was serious. Up until then Mike Hamilton only felt the need to assign a Sergeant at Arms Wednesday morning which I haven't seen since the Dubo days. And JE did not attend the meeting on Thursday when he was flying home during the MEC meeting.

Like I said it is clear that JE is lying through his teeth.

Where exactly is the lie? You pívot to change your truth. And you testify as if you were there. I guess you’re also in Mike Hamilton’s head too LOL
First, he leaves and it’s an admission of guilt. Then he stays but goes home later so it’s guilt. You are trying to have it both ways.

Nice try but here are the facts:
Police department found NO evidence of assault. (I guess they must have not seen RaginCagins alternative reality video tapes)
UAL didn’t take issue with his conduct. He’s flying a normal schedule. And as our friend Motch pointed out, he was returned to service much quicker than his own debacle.
So tell me next, you saw this with your own eyes?

But but but, Dubinsky this, and TI that and Sargent at arms this. Ooooooh piece of candy.
I’m done with you. I don’t think anybody believes you.

I agree she should face termination for lies and unethical conduct not becoming of a captain or pilot. Her day will come. She clearly wanted to play a victim card to the top. She is out for number 1. Only cares about her pay.
