Do they? You should probably turn them over to the authorities so justice can be served. Me thinks if such videos exist, the authorities have determined they are a nothingburger. Or try posting them on social media for the world to judge… how do you think that would go? There are plenty of solid reasons to vote in favor of a recall, but this bogus incident is not one of them. As someone who went through an HR "investigation" with regards to my incident at a union meeting, mine definitely didn't close as quickly as JE stated that his did in his email.
(for the record, I hope AW did not go to our HR Department)
Either way, at this point- lets see if there is an Article VIII Charge as that would require some sort of ALPA Investigation.
If AW was wrong or untruthful.. then it should be noted and there should be consequences. That being said, if JE is untruthful.. the same holds true.

What ever happened to being Dignified and resigning with your Intergrity intact?
