The report doesn't show up for me until after the last leg of the trip in pilot mobile. It also has to be done within 7 days. They could easily get rid of that time window.

I’ve found that if you log in to the “probationary pilot” app on the iPad anytime during the trip, you can hit the “create a new report” button at the bottom, enter a flight you’ve flown together and it will populate most of the data. Takes literally less than 5 minutes
If you are a new guy, ask your captains to fill out the form w/ at least a couple legs to go BEFORE THE TRIP IS OVER & your batting average will likely go way up. If you send him home with homework there’s a high chance he’ll forget to do it (ask me how I know) & the link will eventually time out. Reviews can be filled out over inflight Wifi. I have no problem filling it out with the FO sitting next to me as it’s my policy not to put anything in a review I haven’t directly addressed with the pilot. |

Well then why has the CEO publicly acknowledged that's the new going rate and it will be a pass through expense?
And we wonder how our representatives came up with the idea of a concessionary TA… |

Thinking outside the box, if we ever merge with Delta they'll have a good case for stapling us to the bottom.

Fadec is one of the few good things about this site.

It’s pretty easy to fill out the reports. They can accessed mid trip. I usually will ask then and gotten quite a few of them if I remember to ask.

What’s the form requirement to get off probation?
|
Any real data points on someone not getting off probation due to not enough eval forms? That’s a new one to me.

To disgruntled new guys, all any of us can say, is that operationally, things are as good here as they’ve ever been. Morale is generally high, we are paid well, and will shortly be paid a good bit more. If our union dysfunction is causing you that much heartburn… I think you might want to develop a thicker skin. This truly is about as good as things get, so if you can’t be happy now… I’m not sure what to tell you. The good news about being a Delta pilot, is that whatever you think about the company from the outside, four months in, you will be absolutely certain that you are a part of the best aviation institution that has ever existed. All kidding aside, it’s a great airline, but I don’t really think it would be worth jumping ship, unless it would be a huge increase in quality of life geographically. |
