This has got to be an attempt to figure out how unified this pilot group really is. I imagine this is aimed at pilots just finishing probation. Does the company have the new hires under their thumb?

No one here is going to mention that they’re lowering the standards for Ca upgrade?

So desperately trying to fill these unfilled vacancies without fixing the underlying issues creating them… the current contract and work rules.

They are lowering our standards how? I saw aviate for getting people in but nothing else
