I literally have no idea what this means ....

Hello all, I recently just got a class date. Looking to see what y’all think would be the most commutable base from CLT. Im with a regional based in CLT now, pay is good, could flow to AA in 3.5-4 years but I dont want to pass up my chance with UA. A move could be possible later on but not for the foreseeable future. How is IAD? Any thoughts on mco?( I have family there). Would appreciate any input from y’all.

I would consider EWR, about a dozen direct flights a day and it is a very junior base so your QOL would be better than IAD or MCO. I would not be surprised if you were to hear back from American shortly after updating your resume with UAL if that is where you want to end up.

I’d prefer United with the chance to move later on. Just hoping to get some insight on how to make my life easier until then. Thanks for reply.

That will only happen when Delta opens Ohare. Loved the little cargo game they played during the pandemic ( DL ORD-FRA , UA ATL-AMS lol)
