Saw LAS and MCO has a bone being tossed to folks who live there while also providing a cost saving with decreasing the number hotel nights required.

And maybe pull a few people from SWA, Spirit, JB in the process. It was a “cost neutral” decision, that is for sure….

I would think that as we get more airframes additional bases will become necessary. I was really surprised at LAS as opposed to PHX given how many pilots live in the PHX area. I think it would have been as senior as MCO.

Undoubtedly it came down to the number of redeye departures.
