Apparently we're getting more NEOs. Order could come as soon as today.

And more 787s.

United will have more widebodies than Delta and AA combined.
United is the superior airline in every way now.

The CAL pilots really won the lottery of life.

You must be new to this game. I doubt CAL pilots see it that way. CAL was the best airline going and it merged with a mediocre airline. But maybe UA's domestic first will now be a little better than first on the regionals.

CAL was ordering widebodies pre-merger while United was stagnating. CAL saved UAL pilots and gave them the growth they now enjoy.

At the time, under the circumstances… that’s like being the smartest retard which is saying something given it was a scab airline.

They didn’t rise up to some vaulted position, the world crumbled around them. Oh and SWA was kicking everyone’s ass so no they weren’t the best.
