This could have been a simple fix from a doc for all we know, instead now the guy is the butt of jokes and being called crazy for something the rest of the population can easily seek help for.

Possibly, but maybe this behavior was the norm? Maybe just unlucky that a security camera caught him in the act this time? Either way, this isn’t normal behavior and he shouldn’t be flying people around if unable to control emotions and associated overly aggressive behavior… hacking a parking lot arm, really? I’m guessing he’s going to be retiring or put on LTD so he can get the help needed.

One thing for sure… I don’t want any of my love ones on any plane he’s in command of.

Now I am worried about this guys judgment! A 20V Dewalt rip saw would have been the more efficient tool. That was very poor planning.

a lot less dramatic though. Maybe a chainsaw…

Hate to see what he would do with Dr. Dao.

We must leave a better planet to our children. Dewalt electrics emit zero carbon into the atmosphere, if you are going to use a chainsaw it’d have to be a 60v electric.

Or DIA wasn’t allowing anyone to leave because the system was failed. My understanding is that because the system was down the attendants wouldn’t let anyone leave the parking lot because they couldn’t scan out.

This is totally a scenario I could see at Denver. They were basically illegally detaining people.

I wish the media accurately covered this event and highlighted the complete incompetence of management at DIA.

The axe probably has a better carbon footprint than the hi-tech battery sawzall.

If that’s true then illegally detaining employees is a soft word for taking them hostage. Not surprisingly the best airports for employee parking don’t involve “attendants” or parking crews at all. These are below 60 IQ sheep “attendants” they’re probably dealing with in Denver. Nobody with any motivation or intelligence would work in the employee parking sector. This is why I’m a fan of Artificial Intelligence.

After seeing the video I’m willing to bet that massive idiot that ran towards another man wielding an axe put more effort on the job (bet he thought he was playing hero) than at any point in his entire career.

New question on the revised AME FAA Form 8500:

Have you ever reached your breaking point [when a camera wasn't watching] ?
