Default New contract reserve rules

Hello, can someone share the details of any changes to the reserve rules?

Did you gain improvements in QOL for those sitting reserve and/or commuting to their bases? Thanks!

Default New contract posted online?

Has the new contract been posted online?

Where a non-employee can read it? (like American Airlines). Thanks!

Default Thank you

Merequetengue, and Brickfire, thank you. Seminar videos explaining the contract sections were exceptional.

Your (FACT Team?) did a good job describing the changes.

Here is a visual depiction of the number of contract changes and when they will be implemented… specifics on the UPA23 website (password protected for UA pilots).

this is true!

reserves don’t even have to accept a reserve assignment if they don’t want to.
