Anyone have any insight on the ops tempo for widebodies at IAD during the winter months? I am unsure if I want to bid a line or reserve. If things are pretty slow in the wintertime, I wouldn't mind being on reserve.

If you are UAL then you can see what each reserve is doing via Crew Companion. And can also see the monthly SSC report to get an idea how much flying a reserve does on each fleet.

If DCA 777 winter is like 756 winter flying. It's going to be quieter with a increase of domestic trans-cons during peak holiday travel. On reserve, I wouldn't expect a lot of useage. I would expect, quite a bit of SC.
