The MC is the mouthpiece of the MEC so if you don't like the actions of the MC take your fight up at your LEC.

Get used to this. UAL paralleled DAL's TA1 episode almost note for note, so you can learn from our history.
You'll have about 8 more years of this. The people who drove the ship on the rocks will continue to complain, snipe, and otherwise show themselves as poor losers despite the fact that they torpedoed themselves. Rather than admit they might not have been right, and express gratitude to the people who made a great deal happen, they'll sulk around the edge and complain about this or that, sometimes their younger counterparts will engage on SM because that's what they were told to believe.
Your "TA1" will be hung on those who supported it like an albatross for years to come, but it will take a awhile for them to be cleared out from leadership and/or committee positions. The only question in elections, for years to come, will be "did you support TA1?". Those that can't keep their opinions to themselves will retreat to closed FB pages or maybe even old school email chains or internet forums to complain to each other, every once in a while "leaking" details of supposed mis-doings to their younger counterparts to post on SM, so expect to see that bubble up from time to time.
Eventually it will fade away. But it will take a long time.
