Where and how did you come up with this observation? My observation is just the opposite, flying with a military pilot means a good chance of someone to go out with (to the Irish Pup). Civilian guys, higher probability of a "slam, click."

Ugh.... My observation.....is that every person regardless of whatever they did before they got here has a unique personality and their own interests and preferences. It's not like military people were produced in a factory or something.

Because I've seen it first hand multiple times.

Actually as a civilian guy, I agree with you. Military guys almost feel obligated to rally and go out of I suggest it 😂 I slam click more than most though. Which also proves your point.

If you were going to take your 8th grade class to NYC for a field trip you'd stay at the Sheraton. I hate that place so much it hurts. I'll call out sick before I'll do an overnight there. Slamming doors, screaming in the hallways at night, 30 minute waits on the elevator to get to the ****ty rooms... I can say with all authority that I won't spend another night at that hotel no matter what.

Have you considered that your 30- minute wait for an elevator was due to “pilot-error”…. Lol

Really hard to screw up hit floor you want to go to > wait for assigned elevator > get in elevator assigned. The system does get overwhelmed during busy times.

If you ever get in the elevator there and see a pilot desperately looking around for the floor buttons it's probably this guy.....
