You mean that United won't have 30,000 pilots by the end of the year?

At least they can concentrate on their DEI programs. You know, what is really important.

Sounds like you’re jealous because UA turned you down . Go ahead and get your sex change operation or pretend you got one and reapply !! 😂

Didn't a thing come out a couple years ago that the old grainy CRT screens weren't being made any more and airlines would have to convert them to LCD at a signifigant investment? I think a lot of airlines started retiring the ratted out first gen AB after that.

Surprised Allegiant isn't snapping them up. When I was there we were pulling parked airplanes out of the jungle and even grabbing former Aeroflot jets that smelled like a dirty ashtray. But those hoopties were paid for with cash!

United bought some old easyjet cfm 320s. They never flew the line but we used them for for parts and they apparently became very profitable in that regard. I’m sure these airplanes will keep the older portion of fleet flying.

At Allegiant half out fleet were beat up former Easyjet planes. Including all of the 319s. They're still flying those suckers.

Maybe because you've never flown an aircraft with EICAS, don't know you're history. But without a doubt, it absolutely makes operating the aircraft safer.

So overblown that the FAA is requiring all Max 7s and 10s to have EICAS for certification?

Did you read the article? The exemption isn’t for EICAS.
