I must have looked at wrong column, lol Sorry

What's surprising me the most is the 12,XXX Airbus CA awards (not final of course) when there were zero Airbus CA offered on the bids. Next bid could be interesting, especially after how junior they went earlier this year.

Funny that a few months ago the guys claiming there were "hundreds" of pre-Covid hires that hadn't had a chance to upgrade that were waiting for a vacancy and yet 80% of the awards on the 737 are post Covid hires, some have only been on the property only 2 years.

I think the whole pent-up demand is overplayed. Plenty of people in the get senior/stay senior crowd that won't switch fleets until a much senior trigger.

Even with the misinformation that this is the only bid until next November (not even close) its not causing a rush of bidding. Next month bid will probably be close to the same size and I predict stuff goes even more junior.

Snapshot updated. 777 unfilled vacancies. Should fill new hire classes for next few months.

He means 777 total unfilled vacancies. Not vacancies on the 777.

there are they just don’t want to commute to the coasts. I have 6 good friends that are ORD 737, 2019 hire dates, that want to upgrade but refuse to commute.

I don’t blame them, I will never commute for the rest of my 11 years left at UA. NB CA in ORD is where I will retire.

Numerous 15XXX seniority pilots in CA slots on the 737 in LAX. 2023 hires. Junior WB CA is 4,8XX seniority. WBFO down to 14,XXX.

Next month is the big Airbus CA bid plus more WB bids.

Huh??

I'm looking at it right now and most junior LAX 73CA is 148xxxx. Not "numerous 15xxx" numbers.

Still a lot of uber-junior people. Looks like the most junior left seat in this bid.
