I've wondered that myself. If an individual pilot feels they are compensated way more than what he/she feels is appropriate, I'm sure that pilot is very willing to write a check back to the company to return the excess money. I mean it would be hypocritical to accept such pay if you think it is too much.

I really wouldn't worry about these two guys. They are TWO guys with big mouths and that about as far as it goes. I don't for a second believe that they speak for the CAl pilot group. I do believe that they are a couple of fringe fanatics who get a thrill out of talking big on the internet.
