ALPA National is holding this thing up!

Who cares what kind of of class the aircraft have? The only class that matters is the outsourced ones that we should be in. A two class, three class, no class its all about hauls X pilot seats. My belief is that we are in this whole mess because somewhere down the road a group thought it as below them to fly props, then it was small jets, and no apparently its two class jets. None should be outsourced period. The Delta deal overall provides for less outsourcing of pilot seats.
We get rid of regional aircraft, and what was needed was to get rid of leverage, IMO. Mine was the minority, so be it.

So how is it that Moak was successful at closing multiple deals at Delta and not at UCal? What is the difference there? Casting around blame is very convenient when you can pick some distant person and impugn them knowing that they have little recourse. That is a cowardly thing to do, but hey if that makes you happy then go ahead.
Why do you think the NMB came to speak directly with both the United and Continental MEC's? Do you think she came to say "sure we will release you to strike tomorrow" or did she say "get your act together and get a deal"? What do you think is the most likely event?
We are in a new environment and that requires new ways of thinking. If you are stuck in the past then you will not succeed. If you try to shift blame for your own problems onto some other person or organization then you will not succeed. At some point you have to either make tough decisions or make excuses and cast blame. Which one results in more pay for you?

More pay for who? The mainline pilot or the outsourced regional pilot?
Look at all sides. Don't you think the UCAL negotiations have been a struggle because they are attempting to hold the line on big RJ scope, unlike DAL?
