We get rid of regional aircraft, and what was needed was to get rid of leverage, IMO. Mine was the minority, so be it.

If you try to shift blame for your own problems onto some other person or organization then you will not succeed. At some point you have to either make tough decisions or make excuses and cast blame. Which one results in more pay for you?

More pay for who? The mainline pilot or the outsourced regional pilot?
Look at all sides. Don't you think the UCAL negotiations have been a struggle because they are attempting to hold the line on big RJ scope, unlike DAL?
