It's an AIP, not a TA. Hopefully it can be made into a decent TA. I'm not holding my breath.

Well, it would seem to me that we have resolved three of the four cornerstones..

Stating the obvious....."Language" will be EVERYTHING when the AIP's are crafted into the T/A framework. That's gonna be the next big hurdle.

Retro determines if I even bother to look at the rest of it before casting a vote. The last 4 years of my life are worth more than a few grand. FUPM.

Retro? $$$ don't mean jack if you don't have a job or career progression to look forward to.

However, there could be more than one section driving a no vote.

Exactly! Scope is #1...and Delta Connection's 325 76 seat RJ fleet (yes, I know 600-150 = 450 total RJ's, BH ratios, ..whatever!) or anything resembling that is absolutely unacceptable.
