Wouldn't it be better to bring them over to Cal? Maybe it's not be a malicious as we think.

Disclaimer: our mgmt is horrible and are haters of labor, especially pilots.
If you can show me where those 739s will be coming to the UAL side of the house, I would appreciate it. OH, I know what they SAID. The 739s will replace l-UAL 757s. Got it. And they may have even SAID that we would be flying them here at l-UAL. But until I am on IOE, I won't believe an f'n word. Why should I?

What 76 flying has been lost, I think that 2 767-200's were retired (which supposedly is why the CAL pilots got a bonus), the rest is still there, it has just been moved to Newark.

And 757Driver, I took the job so I could vote no on a contract. I would never have gone to CAL otherwise.

Wow, what sacrifice just to vote No but I'll more than likely be joining you.

Sled,
Couldn't agree more. Talk is cheap, especially from our mgmt and they haven't given reason to trust or believe them. I'll try and see if I can get the info for you and post it. I just don't think the demise of L-UA is there. Maybe spending some time at TK working through projects with L-UA professionals has tainted me.

It's obvious....

UCH Plan A: Scare LUAL pilots into YES vote over fear of TPA expirations.
UCH Plan B: Take advantage of expired TPA sections and further shrink LUAL.

...what cadetdrivr said.

200 "new" captain positions? Or is it the same 200 positions we lost due to age 65? I upgraded in 2007 and now I hold captain again. Thanks UAL, what would I do without you?

Newark has lost a ton of 767 flying. All the 200s are going away, though there are still a few in the system.

I thought you guys had some kind of grievance or something in regard to the parking of the 767-200's. What happened with that?

Don't worry, EWR is 'soon' to get it back, possibly more than prior.

IAH is "fix'in" (as them Texans say) to loose just about all it's B767 to have it redeployed back up to EWR.
