What rule in the Flight Ops Manual or any other company manual did the pilot break?

 

maybe if there was that disclosure statement at the bottom of the original CP's email.. blah blah only to intended people and cant be used anywhere else blah blah jeffy speak

You apparently are one of the only people who's seen it as I didn't get it and neither did many others on the CP blastmail list so this must have gone out to the "stooges" of which you are one. It's guys like you who rumor monger and put out bogus info............of course, that's standard from what I've heard and read about you..................

 

Privacy maybe? Many of the pilots don't want their emails shared with others....................

 

SO lets see..
Some Yahoo makes a Fake/False ML and uses some sort of email list to send it out.
Then a CP (EWR) actually makes note of it in his weekly Blastmail and feels that he made bear some responsibility for the email list-
And guys on here are blaming him?!

Mike B is a Chief Pilot. He is someone who has tried to make things better. The fact that he maintained a Blast Mail that was voluntary says how much he is trying to help out the pilots.
IF (a big IF) it was his email list that was used.. I take him for his word that he's messed up and is sorry.
Mind you, he stepped up and immediately fessed up. And mind you, his mom just died a few weeks ago.
Everyone is entitled to a screw up every now and then.
Also, I have received Blastmail emails from others who used a trip trade list for other than trip trade requests!

As for the individual(s) who wrote the Fake ML..
Hope they are found out and pay a price.
Art VIII ALPA hearing, termination from the Company (if they used a company email list) and maybe even legal proceedings.

Thanks Motch...........I agree with you 100%. It amazes me that we're starving for FACTUAL info, some idiot/s put out a bogus publication using addresses they lifted (possibly from the CP's address list), and the posters here want to go after the CP! I agree that MB's is a CLASS act.............and having flown with him and worked with him will stand by that statement..............yet others here are willing to give the perpetrators a "pass" and go after MB. Amazing, absolutely amazing.

 

Looking back through your idiotic posts I see that you are a huge fan of rolling eyes... (about 70% of your posts) something my 4 year old daughter is good at. You also seem to have more than a few dedicated enemies here. Wonder why...

Perhaps you'd like to share with me some of this "bogus info" I allegedly "put out". I'm not the one with a news letter, wonder boy. Nearly 100% of my comments here are reactionary in nature, so that doesn't really qualify as putting out any info at all.

The odd thing about being a loudmouth, as you're learning, is you find you have people that don't like you that you simply because you're that way. In this case however I took issue with the content of WHAT you said, rather than the simple fact that you posted. Which by the way, now becomes the default reason I don't like you for the future.
