Then the union won't feel so pressured to sell this garbage to us!

Just curious. What good do you think that will do? They do not have access to the votes until it is closed, and that I believe is by federal law.

Yea, i'm sure since its law, no one ever peeks behind the curtain...and law never gets bended or broken. Too much $$$ at stake. someone is watching.

A third party vendor is used for vote tallies. If that vendor is doing a early tallay and then leaking it to management or the union then there are very serious consequences for the company and those getting the information. It would also put that company out of business if anyone ever found out. I really doubt they are going to risk doing that.
