On the whole, it's better the 400 pilots can't bid on the 787...depends on which side of the fence your on, right? As for the scabs having fun..I really don't think they care what you and I think..I don't believe having fun is their main objective when they hit the ESign and fly button...jmho.
Do CAL scabs fly quite often with FOs who were flying in 83/85/89 or struck CAL/UAL/EAL? And take it quite personally? And never let the CAP forget it? I guess I expect to see some when the fence comes down, we'll give them a nice United-style welcome.;) |

JMHO, If I was a 787 FO and saw a CAP list full of scabs, I would be bummed.

They're too busy spending their bribe and collusion money than to do what's right and just and correct their errors.
But you might be careful about lobbing accusations of bribery and collusion that you can't back up. That's bordering on libel. The attorney you folks have retained for this RIDICULOUS lawsuit should be able to explain what that means to you. Back to the post... I'm glad the fences were upheld, even though they hurt me personally. The process is the process. The UAL Merger committee pooched this issue and trying to change it after the fact is classless. |
Not lobbing anything...there will be an inquiry and investigation. If evidence is found, it will speak for itself. Where there is smoke, there is fire and there are a large and growing number who share my sentiments. Also, not looking for the arbitrators to reverse anything as it's obvious by today's decision they have no interest in adding further input to correct their laundry list of errors and omissions. Any changes would come from a higher power

And as another example of unintended consequences, the LAX 787 CAP award is mostly scabs. :(

V,
Grab your O2 mask and breath heavily. Maybe your view of the world will clear up. |
Heh, that's funny :)

Nice and clear Probey, I'm not under any delusions and think the award will stick in its current form. But I'd like to know than over the next 25 years we turned over every stone to make sure everything was on the level.
