Went through the process for a non-contractual hotel. They simply called the hotel manger who told them (of course) "oh yes we are complying with the contract." Case closed. Nicely done.

I don't understand why everyone is complaining. I truly enjoy coming to work and witnessing the new and innovative customer service tactics employed by the company to attract customers. My work efforts could never top what the company has accomplished, and I try every day.

I am not saying I don't understand why people are complaining, I just wondered how many actually send things in and what kind of response. So far I get hardly any response.
I just don't know if many people do. I don't see much change in our management types. I just read on another thread about one of our cp and how much she is liked but really what has he or she done?
Seems like lots of yes men and women from what I keep seeing. If and when they show up at town halls or whatever they want to call any of it they should be hit with hard questions that have a paper trail.

This is the one-stop place for trying to fix/improve our company. I have heard that many have gotten good result here. I did not, elevated issue to higher level, with no resolution. However I will continue to use it when necessary. This is our company and it's sink or swim now. May as well try to make it better.

Do we realize how good we have it? By all means lets try to make it better. I am flying dirty airplanes going to dirty hotels and watching my FO pick his nose like a hobby. 270 hours every 3 months with never more than 2 days off in a row. God get me out of here. End of my contract in 17 weeks cant come fast enough!
