Default Jeff's IT Company

I know we work for an IT company, because Jeff says so. But has anyone seen the results of the first Jeppesen PBS practice bid?

Oh wait all of our IT employees are off fixing the Annual Enrollment problems that I've had the last couple of days trying to change my data. While I'm on Annual Enrollment, make sure you scroll down to the last item, the $48 a month refund for non-smokers doesn't carry over from last year, if you want it you have to sign up for it!

That's because all those 40-year-old lifetime non-smokers might decide to take up smoking...

Yes, I finally got the results around 2200 cdt last night.

Doesn't bode well when they can't even get the practice bid results out on time with most likely a 20 percent participation rate..

Well being able to access it would be nice. But when it doesn't let you, then you can't get in to practice bid.

I wish I could tell you that you will be happier with the system when it runs correctly but alas I cannot. Make the best of it and try and ask a CAL guy flying similar equipment for his tricks to making it work. Good Luck

Aside from getting planes painted relatively quickly, can anyone name anything the new UAL has done that hasn't been porked up?

As I watch the constant complaining here on everything with the company, and I do agree on most. I have to ask the question, who in the company have you complained to, in writting, and what kind of a response did you receive? Unless everyone is just blowing off steam?

1) Senior management and base management
2) Excuses and patronizing responses
