The way my schedule works out with Vacay, I'm done wearing the black... while the new blue isn't desirable, its better than the status quo...
Hopefully we can get the Shield and Prop back in the near future if HR hasn't completely taken over the IT with Wings company....

Could always wear the old LUAL tie tack on your tie, lapel, or ID lanyard...

BTW are you saying UAL culture encourages paying for uniform pieces? Is that why some are clamoring for bomber jackets in order to have something to wear on layovers? The 8th Air Force 1944 look is pretty sweet...

Actually there is no zip tie available as of yet. If you know otherwise please let me know cause that's good news. From what I heard the 'color' scheme is apparently trade marked so not coming anytime soon. BTW are you saying UAL culture encourages paying for uniform pieces? Not saying U-culture says that... we were provided two ties... I was told the company wasn't going to allow zip ties as one of the provided options... but its there... I was provided one tie and one pair of pants at CAL... you can see why these guys go to Penny's. But what do you expect working for a glorified regional....
I haven't seen any CAL guys in the UAL Bomber Jacket Regional airline pilot look... I did see a U guy at an outdoor mall with his jacket and wings on... very cheesy.
However, most of the CAL guys will go to Burlington Coat Factory, Goodwill or their closet and find a black leather... whatever jacket... have already seen that...
