Yes, all reserves on long call = MPG of 73 hours.

Come on Hoss, you've been at United what, 17 years or so? You're probably back flying right seat on the 757, huh? Shirley you're not STILL on reserve?!

The pay rate is the same but if you do the math and divide the pay by hours worked..it is the new rate..at least it was for me.

Should update to correct number you can read later...after December closes out.

IF I were a 57 FO and lived in base I would bid reserve. Especially DEN. Paid 73 to fly……..NADA.

My December pay rate shows, along with the correct HOURS for January, but the total pay value equates to captain pay...which I am not. The only place that shows my correct pay rate is my DH value for January.

I'm noticing some fatigue stress cracks in the "wings" of our "IT" company.

Yes. My pay rate is correct and the MPG (minimum pay guarantee) is set to 73 hours. And yes I bid reserve

Yes you are correct and my name isn't Shirley.

I also bid reserve on purpose as I am 5 from the bottom.

My monthly $ amount / hours = my new pay rate but at the top, it still shows my old rate. I am referring to my Jan 14 screen. Just how it is for me but it threw me for a bit too when I looked at it with the old rate on there, then I forced the numbers and it made sense.
