Default Where's the raise?

They finally loaded the rates into January's pay register and surprise! Same hourly rate as December.

New pay rates start Dec 30 and will show up on your Feb 1 paycheck.

No. Your original statement was correct. The January CCS register should show the rate that you'll be paid in the following month's paycheck. The system (shockingly) is wrong. I am yet to find someone who is showing the proper rate, reflecting the raise that commences on 12/30.

Just talked to Bobbi. Our amazingly powerful IT won't allow the new rate to be loaded until the December pay is closed out. She predicts the new rate will be visible on January 8th.

That's good to know. She is one of the most logical and friendly people we have in that department. Know why? She came to us after many years at Southwest. Things that make you go hmm.

So is the Feb 1 paycheck when they start collecting the higher insurance premiums?
