Has anyone else had the issue of being put on short call 3 times before the other pilots? According to the contract they can only put you on short call twice and then have to apply that short call to others on the list. Pointed that out to scheduling and they said that it didn't matter. I guess we have a contract for no reason?!?!

Yep tomorrow will be my 5th conversion I had 4 out of 6 converted last week. make sure after your second unused conversion you get your hour of guarantee added for every other conversion. They are using this conversion like its free.

Does anyone have updates on this? I contacted the CPO about it and they responded that they are aware of the problem. At first it seemed that it was a rest issue coming off long call, but I cannot pick up anything, whether I'm coming off days off, on short call or long call. I thought I remember someone mentioning a grievance

Has anyone been able to pick up on the computer or is everyone just calling crew scheduling to pickup?

I'm in the same boat. Best bet is to call for aggressive pick-ups and submit a PDR.

Can anyone explain how many hours you get off after a global trip? When I read the contract I see 24, 18, and so on, and so on. This part of the contract is very confusing. I just want to break the code so I can know what to expect. Not that scheduling understands it either.

I had the same issue twice trying to do an agressive pickup coming of days off
a couple of weeks ago, tried today and it worked for some reason.
as far as bypassing guys after 2 short calls in the month, it seems like sometimes they do, sometimes they don't. I d have to look it up again but i think the contract gives them discretiond on that.
