Default CAL reserve A B??

What is the diff? Imagine my surprise to see that FIFO has disappeared and has been replaced by the alphabet.

Old contract: "A" reserve is long call (72 hour guarantee), "B" reserve is short call ( 76 hour guarantee).

Just curious because Crew Companion shows reserves with an A or B designator. I suppose this is because we haven't made the change over yet, but I don't know. Very little info from MotherU

As of tomorrow, no more A or B.
However, scheduling might be using "A" and "B" to help them know who was put on short call and who is not?
73 hours for all...

Mako,

I can't get rsv available the list to show on Crew Companion? What's the trick it updates and says updated list available but it doesn't show me the list.

A and B designation is just the leftover reserves coverage from L-Cal that were on reserve at the tail end of December such as myself. We will all go to FIFO in January. I'll have to figure this out since we used to just cruise on A reserve (long call) and not work. I'd stay at home and go to do landings every 3 months to stay current. I guess now I'll actually have to fly with FIFO?

Go to Trip Shopping:Reserve Availability and plug in info there on CCS. You'll find what you're looking for

My question is are the actually going to build short call windows in open time (like they are supposed to) or are they going to arbitrarily assigning short times to who ever they feel like?
