Smile CCS Questions

A couple questions for you CCS experts out there. These are a couple things I haven't figured out yet and I'm sure other L-UAL guys probably have similiar questions. Here goes...

1. I have figured out how to see which pilots and F/A's are assigned to a flight / trip. Is there a way to see another pilots current schedule? (Not the PBS award)

2. Where can we see the audit trail / comments from the crew desk on our schedules and or trips? In Unimatic we could see crew desk comments by pulling up our ID or schedule (Example - OK to deviate from scheduled DH or ID split for coverage - PLT notified)

Thanks!

Only one of the above is doable. You can see the crew of any ID by going to CCS, Flight Planning, Pairing Info, and entering the ID and date, then tap the flight number. There are ways too.

there used to be a way to see schedulers comments. I will call a buddy and get back to you but I think it was something like master schedule, input emp #, and select f12...it was a few years ago and I will try and get back if I hear anything different

You can also pull the crew list for any flights under flight planning/crew list.
This will also display the trip number and you can then pull the whole trip under flight planning/ pairing info

For deadhead deviation it will show FAKE instead of the flight number on your pairing.
Some limited info such as hotel change will be at the bottom of the pairing as well
