I've flown with enough LCAL pilots that want to be on the same team to be satisfied w this job. Most spend a fair amount of time voicing their displeasure w too many of the CAL young fast tract all about me era. Big company...pretty easy to bid away from you. Anyways, the way the vacancy bids keep going...not too worried about guys like you that want to run solo.

Our youngest members that will retire near the top of the list someday. That isn't good enough apparently because they have convinced themselves that they are entitled to everything right now. I don't think that a CAL pilot hired when I was being a 4 digit number senior to me is a good deal for me. I accepted it and moved on. Sad that you never will.
