Thanks! Gives me some hope after all. It's just been a bit discouraging because I thought the point of an internship was to give you a leg up on the rest of the competition for at least an interview. I guess That free lunch I got everyday was my thanks. :)

As a former UAL intern (TK), I think fight club would be a good hiring tool. (Winning not as important as creativity and style points!)

Last time I made coffee at the office, I was getting paid.
I think if I was an HR department, I would probably not hire anyone who interned, anywhere. Too me, it would show the desire to do ANYTHING, even work for free, to jump in front of the Q. |
