Default Field Standby question

I've been trying to find this in the contract but can't seem to. When I finish a FSB assignment and have more days left on call, am I released until the next day upon completion of the FSB? Or do I immediately go back on long call? I'm just trying to figure out if they could call me 5 mins after my FSB for something the next morning.

Nope once you finish a FSB you are released from duty. Which means you revert to long call rules. So they can call you and assign you a trip or assignment but they have to follow long call rules. So depending on the time of day and the staffing model you get between 10 hrs and (I think) 12:45 prior notice free from duty.

I could be wrong but feild standby is the one time you get 10hrs 45 min rest and then back on long call. If I get a chance I will put the contract ref up that I am thinking of.

Right but they can still call you during that 10:45.

I agree with "Airhoss" that is what I was told too when asked. You are essentially released to Long Call Reserve or whatever the next assignment with the min rest required.
