Default Denver Commuters

Sorry if I gave incorrect info...I did the process last June (2013) and was told by both flight ops and parking they could only issue landside. I commute to EWR and don't have any parking there. DEN is the only place I park.

I'm not sure about the SIDA badge thing but the working crewmember thing is a United thing, not a DIA thing.

According to Airport Security
Compliance & Enforcement Unit for Denver International Airport, if you are in full uniform, the purpose of the travel, whether for business or pleasure, does not matter.

This essentially means that if you have a DIA SIDA badge and are in full uniform, you can pass through the turnstiles or employee access portals at the airside lot then do any freakn thing you want, and you are in full legal compliance with the DIA Compliance and Enforcement Unit. We've all been threatened with violations if we wear our uniforms just to get through airside security but it's perfectly legal. I have a copy of the official letter stating this on my UAL iPad, my phone, and a hard copy.

They don't want anyone to know this stuff, but are required to give it to you upon request, per the Freedom of Information Act.

Why are we talking about this topic on a public board?
