Could someone give me the skinny on how two seniority lists haven't been merged in a decade? That's unbelievable. How the heck has Airways operated that way for so long?

For pennies on the dollar. Some DAL FO rates were higher than pre merger Airways 330CA rates.

In a nutshell.... mgmt saving soooooo much money by keeping the BK pay rates / work rules virtually intact by not combining groups and the groups not demanding it via the NIC award being disputed by the larger of the two groups. What you have is a perfect storm of pilot obstinence with mgmt greed and an impotent union.
