Default Commuting from EWR-LGA & back

I've done the Golden Touch limo from EWR-LGA several times for those 0500 shows, but wondered if anyone has advice on a cheaper option?

Guy in my crash pad said there's a shuttle that runs between the two airports & with your employee badge is only $10-$15. Haven't seen that before & he didn't have any info on it. Anyone got words about this?

ETS shuttle vans, $26ish each way. Go to Airport ground trans desk in baggage claim to schedule/catch it. Runs hourly I believe and takes 1-2 hours depending on traffic. It goes from EWR - JFK - LGA and back..

ETS starts around 7AMish. There are a few cheaper options like the Airporter, but they go to Manhattan and there is a change of trans mode I think.

NJ Transit to NY Penn Station, LIRR to Woodside, MTA Q70 bus to LGA. Will beat any shuttle service by at least :30. One hour terminal to terminal is a normal time.

Trains are faster for sure, but I'm not into dragging bags while I changes modes of trans multiple times, to each there own.

Most importantly, when do they start/stop running? 0500 shows at LGA & 2330 releases make the LGA shuffle a true PITA.

To get to LGA from EWR by 0400 I think your only option is NYC Airporter bus, I believe it runs 24 hours, to the NY Port Authority then a cab to LGA. A cab that early will be around $30-$35 with the tip.
