October 2014, 4 day trip, early show late finish

1) EWR-SFO then DH to SEA 15.5 hours in SEA
2) SEA-IAD-ORD 11 hours in ORD
3) ORD-IAH-SJU 24 hours in SJU
4) SJU-EWR

Yup, and Shuttle (737-300) after that.

Sadly the entire USA is covered with small and medium sized markets that used to be mainline.

Anyone remember that not too long ago "regional airlines" worked under FAR part 135 rules and didn't fly anything more than about 40 seats. How times change.
