Default CCS Screen - White Flag Day?

Never heard of it. Anyone know what this is?

Effective at 17:45 central time January,01 2014

January 2nd, 2015 has been designated as WHITE FLAG DAYs in ALL BASES except IAH/HTA/HOS, LAX/LLS/LAI and CLE

Anyone straight picking up a pairing from OPEN TIME for JAN 02 in any base (except IAH/HTA/HOS, LAX/LLS/LAI and CLE) can qualify for compensation as provided in the Contract. In order to receive the correct pay Please contact Crew Scheduling for trip pick up.

You must be in position and operate the pairing or, if cancelled, be reassigned for pay protection. All out of base pick up rules apply.

"White Flag pay is for hours actually flown."

White flag is a term from our flight attendant's contract. Whomever posted the CCS message to all workgroups did so in error
