What's the big deal? I lose consciousness on UAX flights all the time. The stifling cabin heat in the descent usually brings me back.

Only if you're fortunate enough to be in economy plus.

Falling asleep/losing consciousness in a regular coach slime line is up there with an enhanced interrogation/sleep deprivation measure.
