To the right of this very thread is this advertisement. This pilot absolutely does not look old enough to replace this retiree with "immediate access to the left seat." Looks like a kid wearing mom's uniform. Geez I'm getting old!

3. They said "put on this uniform." Look at the sleeves.....unless she has two elbows on each arm, her hands don't even reach the ends of the sleeves!
