+1. There are tons of unfilled vacancies in EWR especially. That said, expecting another huge vacancy bid this month so you may be able to bid out quickly. Welcome and congratulations.

Less than 10% of the application pool has been called for an interview over the last few years and maybe 1% (probably less) of those people have not had at least a 4 year degree. Your chances of your app getting through the computer system are exponentially low without a degree.
A guy involved in the hiring process told me they have decided (for now) that they'd rather have a guy with less experience but 4 year degree when the pilot pool starts to dry up in the next 5 or so years.
You'll be much less frustrated just finishing your degree.
