Thanks! Hopefully we get some new SNBs of some sort as well but really if you think about it this is even better. Higher paying jobs and isn't tied in with "scope choke".

40 new 737-700s is great news. Those airplanes will go on some of the RJ routes and will be flown by United pilots. The fleet plan shows us retiring the rest of the Q400s and some CRJ700s as well as half the RJ145s.

Income for the year was right on par with DAL. Let the profit sharing speculations begin. Union said 12-13% of W2. Have heard speculations as high as 19% from some. I'm sure there are those on here smart enough to run the equation.

Scope Choke still firmly in place. No NSNB "B-scale"...so vote YES. LOL. 4th QTR missed slightly, still should mean 11%ish of W2 profit sharing.

But wait they pay the same as a 737-500! I'm kidding, but not so funny when people tried to convince others that we would park the 737s and 319s because of the TA.

I have heard the union say over and over that our profit sharing is almost identical to Delta's. If we made the same money we would make the same profit sharing. Well Delta made 4.5 Billion in 2014 and they received a profit sharing check between 16-17%. We made 4.5 billion in 2015 so it seems reasonable to think that our profit sharing should be almost exactly the same payout that Delta received last year.

Since the company announced this prior to the TA vote closing it just proves that it is going to pass, probably by a large margin. I'm guessing by 75% or more.
