I think the OP (and I know I was) referred to the FEB Pay Register which now correctly reflects the TA rates. My Jan pay register has the Jan rates and up until today, the top the Feb pay registered has Jan blended rate. Today it reflects the new TA rates there.
My Jan rate is only the 3% that was already in the contract and my pay register adds up to the Jan 2016 contractual rate as it should. (Which is what we are paid for on the Feb paycheck since we're paid in arrears)
