I haven't gone yet, but through the magic of social media, I'll make this unscientific and potentially insulting assertion.

The people who I admire and wish I was like enjoyed the training. The folks who bad mouthed it are, for the most part, sociopathic, redneck, chronic complainers who create needless drama when they come to work.

YMMV

They're no dummies. $10M for us to watch some slides and discuss, or perhaps hundreds of millions to have class A, top-notch training programs worthy of a world-class airline. Bonuses all around.

Golf shirt and jeans and up from there. Vast majority in jeans.

Since new PC rules are always lurking, you can dress like a weirdo and nobody will say anything. They will all fear that you are the bait in a trap to catch those who harbor prejudice against weirdos. :D
