Default CCS IT moved offshore

Anyone know how to reach a real IT person in the US?

Been having trouble with my CCS so called IT support. A pleasant young lady gave me a ticket number and said CCS IT would look into it. Sooo, yesterday I get an email from CCS Core support telling me they see the problem has been solved.

Two phone numbers and name are included in the signature to call if I have any further questions.... which of course I do.

The phone number is from Montevideo, Uruguay. The second number is a google voice number to the same place but a US dial- so I call. A person answers who apparently has less understanding of English than I do in Spanish, except instead of yes, every answer is "nooo".

It went like this.... ring, ring ring, ... "Jesss"
Is this Jose? (name on email) "emmm, Nooo"
Is this CCS support, "eem nooo"
Is this IT for United "eemmm, ahh, nooo"
Can I get fries with that order".... " ah".... click!
