2018 UPS hiring

No need to repeat yourself...LOL.
This was my 24th (and last!) peak and aside from the snowmageddon events that happened only 3 or 4 times in the past, this was by far the most unorganized and late running peak to date. The weather in SDF was not really a factor...but 2-3 hours late going to the west coast cannot be blamed on anything but MR Peak again screwing up projections royally.
With the lack of lift (again) biting UPS in the butt, I foresee payments similar to IST being made to crewmembers to make up for management's shortsightedness and incompetence. I only hope the EB can make ups pay a lot more dearly for this contractual violation.

I don't have a dog in your fight, but it's good to hear that SDF was a cluster this Christmas. Two packages sent Next Day Air Saver were left behind Friday morning in SDF that were supposed to be hear by Friday for Christmas gifts for my wife. We were finally informed late Saturday night by UPS (after speaking with multiple supervisors) that our packages were left behind and now won't get here until after Christmas.

Yes, still waiting on a FedEx package and 2 Amazon pieces that never showed up. I guess the Amazon delivery people take a picture of the package on your porch. That's great, took a picture of the wrong porch and 3 week later still no package. Did get a refund though!

I had packages lost by Fedex and Amazon too. It’s certainly not exclusive to UPS.
